What an odd listing on ASX. Floated this year, but 96% of shares held by original owners!ie 4% held by others. Why would you float like that...not increasing the number of people to tapfor capital,nor have the owners cashed up anyvalue out of business. The 96% owned equally by an ex husband and wife who both were active in the business, but now only the husband is active in it. Too illiquid for me, and shareprice probably subject more to matrimonial settlement/ one person's shareholding decsion than to fundamentals of business. Equals high risk and pricing potentially irrational and unpredictable. The business itself seems fine.
