Haha,... that's why I don't like 'complex' investments,... I've been trying to flip my screen from one session to another, and then back here to read the slides as I try to understand what Mr Peter Summers is trying to say,...

If we are professional investors, ie nothing else to do in this world except to scour ard ASX everyday and every minute trying to find bargains, then yeah,... we can do this,...

But if I'm trying to do my business as well as invest at the sides, then I just got whacked by this complexity here,... if this has something to actually required professional help such as the financial derivatives of ERM Power (EPW),... I would understand and would gladly pay for the help.

But, surely not for a property developer,...

I apologise for my rantings, but I'll invest here at my comfort. In the meantime, I'll go put my money into other ctrs which do not require me to flip back and forth.
