    They have clearly determined that it isn't material in the context of their broader 30+ portfolio of projects.

    You seem to be fixated on this one particular project...are you personally impacted by it being shelved?

    If I were a shareholder, I would be pretty happy with them making proactive moves like this given the massive change in the market.
