Hi all, I haven't been on the SGH threads for years and have mostly lost track. Tried to look at the reports, announcements and company details but it's all a little difficult to follow and the broker reports I've seen don't seem to fully factor in the Capital Raising.
Is anyone able to help me out with the current state of play? 1. Around 140M shares at $1.12 so market cap. of $156M? 2. How much debt is left and who owns it? 3. How many shares do AC still own? 4. Any sign of an underlying profit on the horizon? 5. The business is just Australia now yes?
From the material I've seen I wouldn't be surprised if everyone has lost track. I can see most of you have been here for the long haul. SWC, if you're still holding after all this time I'm hoping there's a recovery just for you.
