re: Ann: Full Year Results Announcement and I... Quite simply this stock was hit harder than most other REIT's so the strength of its recovery was always going to lag a half or full year reporting period behind the others.

A $1.5 billion loss to a $165 million loss is a massive improvement and in line with the strategy to stabilise then improve the earnings of business and subsequently shareholder's interests.

As with the last couple of years, i am not too fussed what the share price does in the short term but when i intend to sell up in 2-3 years i am very confident that the price will be significantly higher, unlike some of the other REITS who enjoyed seemingly better results than VPG slightly earlier where the scope for big gains in share price is limited.
