re: Ann: Full Year Results Announcement and I... A mixed bag of results that does nothing for the SP. There is a small profit. This profit has suffered from the high cost of debt with the financiers getting their pound of flesh and leaving little on the bones for shareholders. The revaluations are a problem.

Short term a share consolidation will do little for the SP but it does not alter the companies prospects.At least the company is trading at a profit and there is nothing to indicate that it will not continue to do just that.

Long term we will be relying on asset revaluation upwards and some value coming back through Duke. That is a definite probability.

I'm disappointed but will continue to hold as I see no reason to accept the current offers.I may even accumulate.
