But I contacted Colliers last week, and all the contact person would say was that "no decision has been made yet".
To me that sounds like the sale has been put on hold while Jarden advise Sky on how to proceed with any of these 'unsolicited offers' (if the recommendations is to proceed at all).
I could be wrong about this. Though I can't see the sense in letting a major asset sale go ahead if the business is potentially 'in play' (be that for a takeover, merger or something else).
