I have read in a couple of articles ( just mentioned in passing) that free to air might benefit from cancellations in subscriptions to pay tv and streeaming etc
Has anyone seen any actual evidence of this ( besides netflix which has other factors affecting it) - in one line I read that due to cost of living crunch and higher interest rates, it was the first thing that people were doing to save money - as in, cut the subscription!
Not saying these are a sell down here , but it may be one reason they have not recovered after the cancelled acquisiton.
