First glance it looks really good, I'm unsure why there has been a slow grind lower with share price.
Maybe higher interest rates (but debt is down thanks to Moorebank Sale).
Market share and volumes down with Patrick was one negative.

Div up 1c on the year, 3.3c plus 0.7c special div.
Up 3% in early trade so that's something I guess.
