Further to your point, brokers and fund managers have little interest in analysing the company for the simple fact that Nick Scali does not need them, It's always generated ample free cashflow and has no need to call on equity. Also, it's not easy to build a stake in the company due to the low shares on issue and the family shareholding. I recall Wilson Asset Management being on the register and selling out a few years ago around $7.00, typical shortsightedness which I'm sure they regret.
