It looks like they are hiring sales staff.
I then went on to employees pay surveys and it could be that the level of commissions required to actually make a living and pay the bills is not high enough, that people quit. Hence the job ads.
In reality, it could be a combination of Mr Scali bracing for impact, as well as pending cost pressures.
50 out of 720-770 is not a small number, in the ordinary course of business.
