Conservatively managed business. Knows some of the biggest risks for a retailer and accordingly taking right steps. (eg. realises the importance of owning the land in important store locations to avoid hefty rent rises taking away the biggest advantage of location, not growing rapidly and signing long term leases that you later regret can't get out of easily etc.)
Being a shareholder I do like to evaluate management and I can sleep well at night with my NCK investment
