Have to agree - a debt free PRT is definitely going to be more attractive and also more importantly can allow it to take a bit more risk in exploring future business opportunities.
While I was expecting a slightly bigger dividend I think in the grand scheme of things these guys are definitely doing better than their competitors. Once the government gets its act together on the media laws this bird will definitely be soaring
