A CEO resignation is not normally a good thing for the markets; especially from a CEO that has been delivering performance. People want to know why.
The outlook is positive with a minimum guidance of up another 10+% for FY19? That is good coming from a team that has historically understated the outlook.
The news out of Morocco wasn't the best and that may well have been a reason. It shows the company is still exposed to some bad weather scenarios. But in turn, also means if it is a normal season this FY, results could be very, very good indeed.
