Didn't really look at this at the time. Expecting to distribute at least 25c. With the DJs and KMart refurbishment sorted they might have a little more cash coming in.
They were obviously feeling confident, I seem to recall someone suggesting the dividend wasn't sustainable and here they are proposing to increase it.
