My point was that the OUTLOOK provided was poorly stated/presented and some people may have completely misinterpreted the outlook.
Also that is an extremely conservative estimate by BOD, and it is only one component of total EBITDA, other components and cost savings over next 12 months may well make up for that.
Maybe they deliberately understate the outlook because any result better than the the outlook and they look like they did a good job.
My point was that the OUTLOOK provided was poorly...
