Good advice, but can't see anywhere in these documents what their policy/strategy is on hedging. What their criteria is for undertaking, not undertaking particular decisions. And therefore being able to determine what their future risk profile will be in this regards. If their policy is to do little hedging then this is a worry as their profitability is subject to the volatility of market forces and increases uncertainty.
