Shares in Life360, which makes an app that lets parents track the movements of their kids (and others), soared 22 per cent on Thursday after the company casually mentioned at the bottom of its earnings release that “given current valuations in the US for high-growth technology companies” it “has received inbound interest” that could result in a listing in the US, the sale of part of its business or a merger with a larger company.
