This keeps getting better and better.
page 28 section 22 b of the statutory accounts gives a simple explanation of the companies stance over the current lawsuit.
I am sure the courts well agree with BRL stance which is there is a big difference between 25000 tonnes of coal being mined and stocked piled at the buller coal project and 25000 tonnes of coal being shipped from the buller project.......great to have a very competent corporate lawyer as senior management.
