Am interested to see how the US result plays out.
Obviously companies like Wework have raised lots of capital as a direct competitor to the likes of SRV. I wonder if the relatively reduced profitability is to do with competition in the space.
Am also interested to know how much of the growth is physical vs. virtual offices looking into the business for the future and in particular the sustainability of double digit growth rates.
Very happy holding this one for years and again relatively undervalued for a superior performer by the market (particularly when you add in the lazy 100m cash), albeit some key man risk.
