    My gut feeling is that the competitive landscape has substantially changed. Servcorp had a free runway after the GFC by surviving, but WeWork whose base is in America has just raised 750m at a 20B valuation. It is a very different style and having seen the WeWork offices closely, it really remains to be seen which model is better. I am not really sure that for non startups that the WeWork model will be superior to Servcorp but in the interm it will be a bit of a slugfest.

    I really do think that Servcorp will survive and eventuallly flourish but am a bit uncertain of the returns for the next few years and I think there are safer options around.
