My understanding is that the lease liabilities on the new World Trade Centre in New York are huge and SRV cannot afford to walk away.
These guys are experts and this problem is even confounding them.
The shared work space sector has more competition, not just from WeWork , and the SRV team is having to adapt its model to meet the competition and offer a new style of shared work spaces for those that want to incubate, collaborate and network.
