Institutions are amazing , they can become substantial holders while the share price drops , not sure how they can do that , not the time to sell with $4-$5 billion of work completions every year , I bought my holding in 2009 at the lows of 14c to 28c while my broker was telling me that GMG and other REITS were going to go broke , turns out the best investment I ever made,
