One more month until we can see the new Top 20 - I presume there will still be significant institutional ownership (banks held around 33% as at last annual report). They might not be all that fussed with this offer, we know how Mittleman feels. Spheria is holding 10m shares at an average of $2.14, I doubt they'd be all that happy with a 10% jump from March to November - their money would have done much better in almost any stock in that period.

The SP will move by a couple of cents up and down at really low volume while we twiddle our thumbs for two more months.
