All the directors hold shares now, how they were acquired I'm unsure... although I think for memory GS was buying at 18c pre-covid. BS has the largest holding and is a top 20 holder... so I'd say their interests are aligned with that of shareholders.
PN also holds over 1m, probably part of his employment package (I haven't checked)...
I do agree though, it would be a big vote of confidence to see more buying.
