You beat me to that cut and paste of 'dividend' comment !
It seems very ambitious to me- especially in the 'near term'.!!
The headline $$ are $77 m loss but $54 m is Goodwill impairment charges which together with costs to close down some non core business activities does not seem as bad- but you are right- time will tell and any analyst's positive analysis will be welcome by me !
