My one reservation is that apart from Tokyo, Sydney has the most floors of any city with SRV serviced offices.
I visited one SRV Melbourne floor a few weeks ago during a previous lockdown, as a client I was wishing to meet has an office there. They were working from home. The floor seemed to be deserted apart from the busy receptionist.
However you may well be totally correct: revenue per floor may be higher in Asia and Europe, and the positive difference with SRV's leasing costs higher compared to Oz.
