I doubt that 'political risk' for NSW has been factored in, because so many Australians (including some CEOs and many in the investment community who ought know better) still consider Labor/Greens to be 'benign', 'investment attracting', 'cuddly' and 'not anti business.'
Useful idiots, to use a term from history.
Yet the evidence is clear from Victoria, Queensland and WA that Labor is anything but, and Greens are synonymous with the extreme left of Labor.
