I have wanted to buy this stock at a discount for as long as I can remember but with where the market is now & I believe although I may have it wrong of course that the unemployment figures in the US may be to the downside.
A company that is roughly 98.7% leased & with all construction in placed also fully leased which I have never heard of before in the industry, its not so much where it is now but where it will be eventually.
It pays a terrible div I know but eventually the building stagnates and the divs get better.
Some of the structures they have you simply can not get anymore unless you pay a huge premium.
I also think it is aT/O target as there would be large multinationals looking at companies like this for a land banking alone.
I wild some numbers and see what I come u with in due course.
