That was a good webinar, but still lots of talk. It doesn't instill me with confidence in Bader how scattered some of his points were.
My one takeaway was talking about recruiting agents but 'we don't have a team of salesmen around the country' - but not really indicating that they are about to ramp that up. I know they will struggle for cash, but if its so good for agents with reduced delinquency rates surely thats priority #1?
I love their ideas, love the potential but im very cautious about this team now, these webinars have all sounded very similar recently.
