While I do not like the current Federal government, as many Labor MPs are anti-mining and hate coal and natural gas, at least Resources Minister Madeleine King is on the front page of 'The Australian' this morning saying how Australia's prosperity depends on these resources. However from the government, it's one message for 'the bush' and another for the inner suburbs where Labor MPs often come from, with the latter criticising coal at every opportunity.

At least the outlook for AZJ is for higher EBITDA in FY24 according to its forecast, although how that translates into likely NPAT is not specified.

The dividend has been cut, although that's to be expected given the decline in FY 23's NPAT.
