At first glance it looks great to me considering the environment, there's been a few REIT's that have had substantial de-valuations in their holdings so it is good to see Goodman's NTA increase over the last FY - I think they fact that Goodman is more diversified through asset management, development as opposed to pure play property investments it has helped them through this interest rate cycle.
Pretty large change in the property valuation related movements between FY22 & FY23 but it was expected, at least it didn't go backwards!
