the management certainly missed their guidance for the past few years. so i guess this time i just don't want to issue one. i would say VCaT and the interest rate will be the biggest catalyst. DMF already exist for a long time. if LIC failure to inform the buyer about it then there is a case. otherwise, there is no case. i would prefer them to settle it off court. LIC should not be fighting with their customers in the courtroom. i hope everyone end up a fair deal then things can move on. LIC shares ended up in the shorters, every week there are a certain percentage traded but there are no sub holder announced.
