vcat issue is not about the contract is wrong, it is more about whether they get the chance to not pay.
If you were in a tribunal court, the first thing the 'member' Is going to ask is have you read the T&C within the contract ? As my previous post mentioned before, there are a few cases that the tribunal will favour both DMF as well as voiding DMF. The grounds can be tricky depending how both lawyers assisting to argue this case. The fact that LIC management have expressed the confidence of their DMF model from their legal team. The home owners of trying not to pay DMF when they purchased it at a very cheap price is pure greed.
