For myself, another 20% odd drop in share price and I will start to get interested. One of the problems with BWP, they hold alot of 'older Bunnings sites', the property value already captured in NTA, but their will need to be some serious disucssions with Bunnings corporate.
Lets see how this plays out.
But for me, no margin of safety.
Still Strong Avoid, until share price drops further to reflect current risks, both property specific, and general macro market
