Traditionally share price trades above NTA. Let's see how this plays out with many REITS trading now significantly under NTA.
I think those with patience, will have an opportunistic time to enter, but that time is not yet.
Stay on the sidelines with capital safe, especially as capital will not be recuperated with such low yields.
