I believe he may had an allocation of shares. The more I think about I guess Stephanac was engaed as a consultant and this is the reason why was not specifically mentioned as an employee/ex CEO in 2016 and 2017 Annual reports. He would be expensed in Consultant Fees as shown in the finaccials.
Further, with his sudden departure in 2016, reason unknwn to all, I wonder what his final severence pay was? Who approved this? Was it reasonable? I am of the opinion this was the staring point for the Xped down hill run.....
