Thanks @elit but not terribly sure you are presenting the correct scenario. Peter Hunt is a Non executive Director. That means he does not have responsibilities for operations and daily management. Not sure what announcements you believe he will be responsible for.
Current CEO has NOT left. He is still there and will be for next 6 months. So that I have trouble understanding how you believe that it has all changed for the better.
The only person that has gone is John Schultz. He is no longer a director, no longer even listed on the company web page and no clear understanding of his ongoing role.
