I agree, and to highlight how obscene these salaries are just compare them to some other publicly listed companies. I posted this on another company's HC thread, but its relevant here too.
For example, Rushlan Kogan received a total pay packet of $542,340 in the 2018 fiscal year. And he received a short term bonus of $87,068 based on a number of company performance metrics. So he took home $629,408. Athan Lekkas got $650,000.00 and Martin Dispain $500,000.00, so both in the same ballpark.
Kogan runs Kogan.com, which has a MC of $553 million, an MC 184 times bigger than XPE, And these guys are getting paid similar amounts ffs.
