Sokoria Geothermal Project

 On 16th January 2017 KS Orka completed acquisition of Sokoria Geothermal Project. Under the terms of the SPA Xped received the nominal amount of $1 USD. An additional payment of up to $947,368 USD will become payable within 30 days of KS Orka issuing notification of intent to develop project. After taking into consideration the timing and final amount to be paid management estimate the recoverable amount at 30 June 2018 to be $900,000 AUD.
