Market cap isn't a great measure look at TLS and the Banks with the big market caps and poor performance.
P/E is a better and more standard measure. That being said there is alot of nuance in P/E across industries due to capital light or heavy, gearing etc. WHC looks pretty good even at current prices. Min has alot more baked in but has a huge upside with all of their irons in the fire.
