MM holds the keys to this company .. all the others are her pets... Hoy her lap dog, Nightingale her budgerigar and Pond her goldfish. I am sure the mind would absolutely boggle at how they spend their days while lapping up salaries. IMO zero chance the board would remove any of them through their own free will as they are all implicated in hiding behind a lifestyle company which now appears to have run out of options. Shareholders have no appetite to keep the circus going with capital raising, the government can only fund while R&D spend continues ... we are left swimming with loan sharks.

A spill could be entertained however without funding sources it would ultimately burn the whole house down as it is predominantly made of cards anyway. Shame the 2 strikes in the last board fiasco did not get up.. the BIT225 fed mice dangling carrots saved them last time and allowed the narrative to continue. The lack of disclosure and timelines around Thai covid trials now has everyone smelling smoke.
