Moreover, Michelle Miller's leadership as CEO has been nothing short of disastrous. Her blatant disregard for the interests of stakeholders is unacceptable. She has consistently demonstrated poor judgment and a lack of vision, and her decisions have directly contributed to the decline in our share price. She should never have been appointed as the CEO 20 years ago, and it is even more evident today that she is unfit to lead this company.

The time has come for the Board to take decisive action. The current trajectory could be more sustainable, and it is the responsibility of this Board to ensure that the company is being led by individuals who are capable, committed, and respectful of their duty to shareholders. Anything less is a dereliction of the BOD’s responsibilities to those who have invested in this company.

I strongly urge the Board to reevaluate leadership at the highest levels, starting with the removal of Michelle Miller as CEO and a thorough review of Peter Nightingale's role and contributions.
