I like your points Gavo.

For the last year I've been disappointed with the board's lack of disclosure on anything. I have emailed and rung them and never got a reply. It's almost as if we've been treated with contempt. Because of their silence I get the feeling we shareholders are no longer relevent to them, which makes me think this deal is only for them. I'd like to dream of this being a great deal but something doesn't smell right to me.

I was fortunate enough to stumble across SGQ about 18 months ago. Who knows if they will ever find everything they're looking for but their transperancy and informative updates are fantastic. Alternatively, ANQ seem to be lurking in the shadows.
