I can't advise, as such..... but if they were mine, I would have sold them when they had some value. Now, they will expire worthless unless the share price gets to a level higher than the 12c exercise price. Right now you can offer them on the market, there are buyers but they are not worth much. It could be better than putting them in the bin though. Alternately, if the SP suddenly takes off you could sell them higher. If it goes high enough, you could convert them. It would be an advantage f the SP remained well over 12c. ATM, this seems very unlikely. So the only way to get sure value from them is to sell them now.
