I hope that they can reach their 'nameplate' capacity....but I have sat through enough extensions now....I'll just wait for the 'actual production numbers' to be reported. The company has managed to remove my optimism over the past year or so by their continuing delays. Frankly....it doesn't matter what the reasons are...markets are driven by perception and performance.
