re: Ann: Full Year Statutory Accounts - revis... As a sharehold who has been critical on the Company meeting/hitting target dates for construction & completion time frames i must say i'm pleased that Management had rased the $15mil at 46c per share when they did.

Target dated not met, but they had brought forward other required upgrades as a result of the prolonged ramp up to production. Today feeling more positve for what the future holds for MCO.
