One for one is just ridiculous and puts a cap on this stock for the foreseeable future.
Insane to add another 1 billion shares to the register. It will hold 004 until the CR is complete but then drop straight to 003 and maybe even 002.
Long term seems like fair value but plenty of time left to get in on this one IMO.
