Its amazing how you seek to distort facts to further your illustrious cause, yet only a while back I remember you stating in a rude and abrupt posting (your patronising norm) that "I only deal in facts".

So lets go through your posting and pull apart your "facts":
1) You state Mr Murell got a "Payrise" / "got about double his original salary"...Really??? ...Was it a "Payrise" as such or more the fact that this is his 1st 12 month period on board?

Have a look at the full table below that compares 2015 to 2016.

If you look at the footnote (as I sure you can even work out what footnotes are for) it states that he commenced his appoinment from 1st May 2015...so he had 2 months of pay (that's May and June 2015 to make it easy for you to understand) included into the 2015 annual report...As I assume his appontment has conitnued over the 12 months of the 2016 financial year, the 2016 annual report has 12 months pay included.....You would expect that based upon 2 months worked/paid in 2015 and 12 months worked/paid in 2016, you would have reported in 2016 a multiple of about 6 times the amount he was paid in 2015...in fact his total pay goes up from $30k to $78k...a mulitple of only 1.6 times...as such, if anything therefore he may have either had a pay rate decline when comparing apples to apples, or a reduction in hours worked, or for some other reason we did not get hit with a muliple of 6 times his 2015 pay...as such I am pretty happy about that...

2) Yes the fee pool is up 26% to be exact and not the 30% you purport...BUT just remember that the KNL director fees went up from $439k in 2014 to a huge $646k in 2015 (2016 numbers not yet available but I am sure these will show an increase from 2015) ... a massive 47% increase...so lets not be too hypocritical.

3) Yes as WKT does not have a revenue stream yet, its director fees are paid from capital raisings or share placements. Can you explain to us how KNL director fees get paid if it is not from the same source?
