Michael Hunt, the Chairman and A1's legal adviser who gets very little mention on HC, has the clout to get this working . He would have the financial contacts that were not as available before imo. They may not need any CR because as company states " in our opinion A1 is a going concern" Cash positive as well. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out. To me the last announcement read like a legal document, in part. Time will tell.
